Well another day has come and gone, can you believe that we left over a month ago? I can't - it seems like yesterday that I was sat on my bed panicing quietly about packing.
We are finally settling in, both have jobs, have started to think about paying the rent on Rupert, and trying to estimate the electricity bill! We have found most of the local things we need and mum sent me a card so I have even had the privalige of using my letter box.
All things considered we have done pretty well and I think from next week we'll start having more to report on the weekends, we are planning to be a little more adventurous and really make those days off count.
So for now I shall allow you to get back to your days, I would like to advise that the heat is becoming increasingly annoying, I don't know if I'll make it through the summer, I was up till nearly 2 am because I just couldn't sleep because it was too hot - and currently it's spring!!

So pleased you have a job! And very jealous that you are experiencing ice-pop weather. Got three letters from you yesterday - the postcard is lovely, thank-you.
